- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The order never arrived , been just 2 hot drinks and a ready made cake ,so we asked how long it was going to be as quarter of an hour was stretching the wait a bit too much the manager said are you joking , then went on been extremely rude and very unprofessional for a somebody who is dealing with the public . We asked other people how long they had had to wait they also said a long time. Maybe some customer service training is needed and a manager that knows how to operate a kitchen.Once we would have recommended this cafe to others but we now know what the manager is like and no longer would give her any form of business.By ptin, September 25, 2019
